we had some more silly fun with DnD later the same day. we were battling some monsters when i suddenly yelled "FOOOORE!" and lobbed a monster's head clean out of the battlefield. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> also:

some evil guy, flying at the top of the cave by using a harpy, gave us his evil speech. before flying away with a threat of vengeance, he let loose a huge inferno with the intention of frying us all.... and missed us COMPLETELY. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I was in battle with three Dutch class 2 ships, and I unleashed a broadside on one I was so close to I could have reached over and ripped off the cap'n's mustachio. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> Guess what? Not a single ball hit the target.

CoAS is ridiculously unpredictable - some days, you hit every ship, then some days you miss completely. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
