sturmovic is awesome.

yesterday we had the official biggest blockade in the history of pp. we had no less than 1320 people on our side, crammed onto frigs. in fact, we had so many ships that we where able to form a line-of-battle formation across the whole width of the board. i'll put up a screenie later.

Morgan.. you've played Sturmovik? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> By the way I found out that me silly didn't knew what this elevator/alireon trimming were until today.. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> with that I found out that my joystick isn't that crappy after all.. I just have to adjust that elevator thingy everytime I fly and that problem about me plane's nose going up all the time is solved. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Makes landing easier too when setting the elevator so that the plane's nose wants to go up alot. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Thanks to finding out that I can adjust the plane's focus on the horizion also makes easier to aim/shoot opponents.. managed to shoot down three planes instead of 1 or 2.. Oh and I also have set my bullet range to 1000 meters to shoot shit down farther away. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

And I must admit that the sturmovik itself.. the version of the plane I used climbed alititude like a old lady. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" /> meaning it took me almost forever to chase those buggers almost to space.. I gave up! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/boom.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":boom" border="0" alt="boom.gif" /> Me thinks I'm gonna use fast/effective planes from now on that can climb high without slowing down and stalling! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Anyways.. the damn thing sometimes freezes together with me rig and only way to escape from it is to shut down me wreck. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" /> And I found out that this problem is in my wreck not in the game.. last time I played Sturmovik I had no freezing until now.. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/boom.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":boom" border="0" alt="boom.gif" /> Mount&Blade was the first game that started with this freezing then Sturmovik and now also Silent Hunter III (Good grief, <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" /> I played GWX that had all the crap that made me rig lag hard and it didn't freeze, it just lagged real bad <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" />).. What is going on!?! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" /> DAMN, I need a new rig badly! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I'm gonna defrag the wreck and see if it does get rid of the freezing problem. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> Obviously M&B has messed up me rig, uninstalled it just in case, I remember having some problems with M&B before.. until I installed it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I think. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
