i'm serious, that guy is so pointlessly annoying that we just give him a kick up the rear or push him over once in a while. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> which makes him even more annoying, since the only thing he does is laugh, which encourages us. it's a cicle of fun annoyance.
