What? Flood Control? It's a way to help reduce the number of messages posted by spammers. Try posting really quickly several times in a row - you'll probably get a little pink "no no" box telling you Flood Control has been enabled, and you must wait 30 seconds between posts. It's damn irritating if you only spend a few minutes at a time on here, because it takes forever to make only a few posts.

puzzle pirates takes longer than just a week to build up something. i made it to officer in a month, but i already knew how to play all the games. new players have to learn how first.

i remember the first time i saw those in Halo 2. it was actually pretty hilarious, since we completely freaked out and starting running around, randomly shooting anything that came within sight. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I stayed up nearly all night at a friend's house fighting on the Midway map in BF 1942 with a bunch of crazies on a cracked server (always get better players on them, and, even though both my friend and I have purchased copies, we're always avoided the EA servers). Over 4 hours for one battle, and 3 for the next. We ended up winning both times, with 2 tickets remaining to their 1. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" />

Why the heck does anybody play BF2 and 2142? They're just not the same. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/no.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":no" border="0" alt="no.gif" />

i know the feeling. sea monster hunts in pp can last days. once in a while, the captain is replaced by someone else, and the plundering continues. you make tens of thousands on those trips.

I did that for about two hours, then I finally got to go ashore. The guy who took over the ship brought her right into the small bay in the U-shaped island, and hit an American convoy of tanks, jeeps, and half-tracks point-blank. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> The blast hurled one jeep skyward, where a passing American plane collided with it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
