meanwhile, HELL YES! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> DeviantArt is holding a steampunk airship pirate competition! it's going to be a massive shootout between (webcomic) artists from all over the world. in other words, airship battles between their own characters in comic book form. utter free for all manglage! it's called the Rogue Skies competition, and it's only just started. i actually know a few of the artists.

well, i wouldn't say that just yet, but we're having some pleasant conversations. i'm also helping her with her little story in the form of drawing maps and characters. i've got more than enough to do already, but you just can't say no, can you? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> me and Julia wasn't really working out, to be honest. probably never going to get past being friends, so i suppose this is just fine.
