i'm worried. i passed this year's exams, but i didn't see Julia anywhere when we picked up our report cards. this could mean that she failed this year. i didn't see quite a few others either. i know, however, that Geg failed this year's exams. but he's on a different study route than Julia, so no danger there. that even sounds silly in my own ears.

I've passed them to, but I have to wait for those reports, till next friday, the northern part of holland has got holiday right now (or not?) but here in the south we have to wait another week (but I am free anyways, our tests are finished)

i could tell you if you would post it's system requirements. or at least come up with some half-assed theory. i don't know an awful lot about computers, but i'm an expert in the wierdness area.

chances are i'll be creating another logbook entry somewhere this week. mind you though, that it's an awful amount of work. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> i did make notes of my endeavours, so i can make one. i've scribbled roughly two cahiers full of half-encripted notes. the logbook is huge, and i've only now started the main quest. this could take a while. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif" /> meanwhile, i need to fix that music. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> it's dodgier than ever.

Turns out its requirements are quite low:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4
Graphics Card: GeForce4 Ti 4200
Memory: 512MB

Maybe it's because there's so many bugs in the game - there's been people on the official forums reporting that it'll run in Win98 with a few settings changed <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I still can't believe how good the game looks, either:

i do my best. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> in case you didn't get the ballerina joke, it's a bit of a running gag about the deck crew. they start spinning wildly when you speed up the game. did you read everything? it's kinda grown into a whole book, and that's just the first page. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif" /> keep in mind though that the time spent on actually playing the game is several weeks. exclusively using directsail takes a very long time, so if you want to try it, beware of what you're starting. i've seen a lot of attempts at making something like it, but for as far as i'm aware, i'm the only one who actually kept on writing after a few posts. and it's great for logging bugs.

i think i'm going to try aveyond on normal difficulty again. easy just is too easy, and it's a great game.
