Wow, finding these posts and my old account 10 years later is weird as heck!

Someone posted about this game and Im trying to source my modded xbox version to release it on the internet archive and I find the exact instructions on how to recreate it TYPED OUT BY ME!

do you know if anyone has a copy of that Mod Installer 3.14 or anything close to it?

That reference is not ringing any bells for me.
Could be from before my time?

The oldest modpack version I still have available is this one:

It's from back in 2004, I think, and is still very modest in what it includes.
Perhaps that might work for you?

Build 12 is also still relatively close to the original game (though less so than Build 11, of course).
Build 13 starts diverging though; by, amongst others, vastly expanding the worldmap.

Googling leads me to believe I still am the only person to ever do this.

From what I know that seems to be the case.
When I saw your posts years ago I was inspired to do something like it myself.
But my Xbox stopped working before I got to mod it.

So unless I ever get it fixed, or someone else tries it, you are the only one to have tried it.
