Smuggling in Santo Domingo

Hey, in POTC Build mod 13 update 3, I bought a load of Ale to smuggle into santo domingo. I went to the tavern there, and the smuggler told me to meet him at a place called 'error'. I thought this might be a minor bug, but I checked all the coastlines on the island and even checked tortuga, but no smugglers to be found. Are they to be found anywhere? or are they non existent?

Working now, but every time I try to do the deal the guards interrupt. Is it coded in so you can't smuggle without having to fight off guards?

Not as far as I'm aware. It's dependent of luck, I think. What's your current luck skill?

I have higher luck now, will try again later. Also, to avoid cluttering up the board with threads, where is Phillipsburg? I have a mission to take cargo there, yet it isn't anywhere on the map.
