Santiago Inquisition

This may seems trivial for u guys but I'm unable to find it I know its supposed to be under the church in Santiago but I cannot find any entrance.I checked each and every building, talked to every living soul in town hell I even confessed to the priest that I killed at least a hundred spaniard and sent a few dozen of their ships into watery grave...
