The video is no longer available. Eugene wasn't on bath salts when he chewed the face off of Ronald Poppo in Miami, at least according to the lab results, so don't know what his problem was. Why are these guys always naked though and screaming at traffic?

Wasn't Travis just found drunk and naked on the side of the road? I don't think he necessarily falls into the "naked zombie" classification.
