And to answer your question, since that game has not been released yet, it would be quite difficult to download.

Ahh yes Naval Action , i have been following their development however they have nothing to do with us so we cannot help you get a code for the game especially as it is not publicly released yet.

You can certanly go to their forums though http://forum.game-labs.net/ to talk with the devs and community there and maybe even get involved

If you want to support the game or learn more about it you can allso go to the Naval Action website http://www.navalaction.com/#ageofsail directly which is where you can also pre-order and donate to the game.

As for Naval Action, check with the developers in the link you were provided above.

You need both parts, the installer (direct link from that page) and Part 2 (link from that page to ModDB site from where you get the file). Note that although Part 2 comes as a .7z archive file, you don't need to unpack it yourself - the installer will do that for you.

This is a continuation of the Build series, but for Build 14 we decided to actually give it a name.
Until Build 13, we just called it "Build": http://www.moddb.com/mods/potc-build-mod

But they are not actually separate modpacks. Everything included in Build 13 is also in all Build 14/New Horizons versions.
Similarly, the current internal Build 14 Beta 3.3 WIP releases are based on the latest publicly available New Horizons release.
But with less bugs and more features, of course, because we keep moving ahead.
