A Question: is it Possible to add new Side Quest to a story?

Sidequests are quests such as "Strange Things Going On in the Archipelago" which do not belong to storylines and which can be played in almost any storyline.

Storylines have their own quests.

It is possible to add a new sidequest, and it is possible to add extra quests to a story. (I thought you were writing a story.)

Ah Fine. So I can add some extra Quest or Side Quest to a existing Story.
