POTC Mod Ideas (Build 12)

I have noticed that when you are a real pirate in the game, you can only buy some goods on QC and at the smugglers lair on Conceicao. Why not create a mod to stock goods and gold permanently on Khael roa and use it as a real pirate lair. maybe create a modul to do ship reparations with a lot of time.

Or perhaps, kieron, you could add the possibility to berth ships on khael roa to your very good berthing ships mod. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p2" border="0" alt="pirate3.gif" />:

yeh we could add ship berthing on khael roa, but first we'd have to make the player able to dock there <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif" />

how would you want to organise that. would there just be an interface that popped up when you docked there, or would you want to add a little 'smuggler's lair' type location there, with a store and a residence and stuff?
 
no, i think khael roa should stayed a beautiful and typically wild desert island whith only jungles and wild hideouts. (perhaps sometimes some indians cannibals)
In the island init c, khael roa is intialized with the pirate nation so if you add this island in your ship berthing mod, we could berth some big ships on the island.

Hmm, is there a way to fill the cave behind the waterfall on, uh, whatever island with loot and such and put it on Khael Rhoa?

Better yet, we could go all Disney and make Tortuga, with all the NPCs being drunk, and your whole crew coming back unable to fight!

Also, I was thinking it might be a good idea to have a little applet with which to change your char model, name, and set the different variable thingies, so that people who are modding illiterate (like me) and can't even edit a text file correctly, can change things in the mod (food/rum consumption, weapon wear etc.) without screwing anything over.

By the way, this just occured to me, why can't you marry Danielle? Then your kids could sail with you and you could throw them overboard!
