===========================================
A.Prerequisites:
Both of the following must aplly to be able to use this Mod:
1. You can play all nation quest lines only if you have NOT started any nation quest line or the pirate quest line in your current game. If you already have then unfortunately you will have to start a new game as this mod will mess things up in your current game.
2. In order to play all nation quest lines, you MUST do the nation quest lines in the following order:
DUTCH-FRENCH-ENGLISH-SPANISH. This was the way they were fixed in this mod and any other order around will mess your game.
So you have to pick a Dutch patent first, either from a Mayor that will offer it to you after completing 6-10 missions for him (the ones that log to your questbook under gubernatorial charges), or buy one from a Diplomat in a Pirate colony tavern. After getting the Dutch patent you have to play ALL of the Dutch governor's missions. Then pick a French patent and do ALL the missions of the French governor. Then get a English patent and do ALL the missions of the English governor and lastly pick a Spanish patent and do ALL of the Spanish governor's missions.
(To sum things up all you have to do is start the DUTCH quest line first and then follow the questbook entries, these will remind you about the rest when the time comes.)
After that you will have the title of Sir Baron and be free to do whatever you want (like starting the pirate quest line by going in Puerto Principe and talking to a man that wonders around the colony who looks like an officer) and conquering colonies.
Note: Have in mind that if you fail an important quest or make any of the four governors angry then this will not only break the specific governor's nation quest line but it will also break all other nation quest lines forever. (This was the original way and still applies to this mod too)
===========================================
B.What this mod includes:
-Play all nation quest lines and not only one. Some are slightly altered as they overlap in different nation quest lines and if not doing so then you wouldn't be able to play them all. (e.g. annexing colonies is changed to raiding and many more small alterations)
-No waiting time in between missions. You can ask the governor for the next mission right away. (up to 5000 days after completing a quest and asking for the next, after that it will mess up.)
-Enhanced "Morris Williams, Frigate Skipper" quest in the English quest line. (Just choose the second dialog option "I searched the whole ship, but didn't find anything valuable inside. Sorry, I will find another way to help you." after going after the Spanish ship with the cargo, boarding it and getting the money from the chest and returned to talk with Morris.)
-Minor dialog and questbook logs corrected and enhanced. Also a few extra questbook entries added.
-LaVega can now be kept as yours and assign an officer to collect taxes (this quest is on the Spanish quest line).
-Fixed the "Campaign to Panama" mission of the Pirates quest line. Now you can actually fail it. a) Morgan now correctly checks and ostracizes you if Sawkins is alive and b) restored the dialog with Sawkins after being ostracized on the Panama gates before you leave.
-Fixed the reward in the random jungle encounter with the girl being chased by three men. Now you correctly get the money she mentions if you have high reputation.
-Fixed the infinite freeze on the smuggler's deck when you don't have a ship and use the smugglers to get you to an other island.
-Fixed the Tenochtitlan quest crash when arriving on the bay of the Mosquito Coast and talking with a Spaniard named Silvio Ricci, now you will be able to proceed without a crash and complete the whole quest.
-Unlocked the shotgun in the "The Ship of Souls" quest. After you get sunked by the Flying Dutchman for a 2nd time you are getting a metal hand, having that hand when you sleep a few times in a tavern you will be visited by an interesting character who will tell you his story and how he lost his hand and his weapon in a battle on the Flying Dutchman. After that when you have collected all the black pearls and have boarded the Flying Dutchman you will be able to find that weapon in the captain's chest.
-Changed the invulnerability contract with the Azzy demon to be more friendly so you can concentrate on missions. In this Mod the total souls quota now takes in account all you have killed from the start of the game and not only after you have made the contract, also the quota doesn't double every 30 days but now is a random number of 1, 2 or 3 per day per month. You still can break the contract if you haven't met the quota and have started losing HP as the contract says.
Originally when you had the contract the souls you should provide would double each month (haha the small prints of the contracts makes the difference, doesn't they?), and you would lose 5 HP per day if you couldn't keep up with it which would lead to find an interesting way to try and break it before too late (if you had lost 15 HP or more Askold would be able to help you more by providing all the items you need for free, otherwise he would tell you only what you need and then off you go to the Tortuga brothel madame to cast the ritual)
(Note: this contract still makes your ship's HP invulnerable except of your sails who can break)
-Removed the low stakes check and the high win check from Mayors, Captains and tavern people on dice and card games, and corrected wrong dialog in the Mayor's dialog about the games. In this Mod the forementioned people won't check a) if you have won on average a bit more times than you have lost and lower the stakes and b) if you have won over too many times they won't stop playing with you calling you master swindler.
Originally if you had won a bit more times then you would only be able to play for lower stakes and if you had won over too many times you wouldn't be able too play any more forever.
-Killed bodies clear after 600 seconds now instead of 100 seconds. Plenty of time now to loot ;)
-Enhanced weapons drop. The sword and the pistol (if an enemy has one) with its bullets (if any of them are left and not spent) will now always be dropped from an enemy.
-Officers loyality now only goes up. Your officers will love you no matter what your actions are.
-Reformatted a few script files so you don't have to do it in case you want to mod them.
-40 CHEATS included. Just talk to a prisoner in your ship's hold to access them. These are:
---Raise all my skills and my ship's passengers skills.
---Give me one free skill point and one free capabilities point to me and my ship's passengers.*

D.Author Notes
I created this mod just for my own pleasure because i wanted to be able to play everything in one walkthrough. After i finished i decided to pack everything so if there are more people like me, to be able to enjoy the same feeling.
Many thanks to the game devs for making such an easy moddable game.
This is Sparta!!! Have fun!!!

Looks like an amazing mod to me.
One question though, is this mod compatible with Gentlemen Of Fortune ?, or only fresh copy of CoAS ?

i havent tested it with GOF. If GOF or PANQL overwrite similar files then they are not compatible. i would bet that they are not compatible but i havent download GOF to see if it shares any of the files this mod has.

It shares some files. but GOF don't change much (if any) to national quests. So I wonder if I overwrite some files in GOF with your mod, will both your mod and GOF still run?

Sorry about my English

You can use WinMerge to compare the shared files and ensure compatibility.
That would probably have to be done by Norbigus though, but if there aren't many conflicts, it is quite easily done.

Also, thanks a lot to Norbigus for sharing your work on this! I have added you to the "Storm Modder" group accordingly! So welcome to the club. :doff

Looks like a great mod:cheers! Can someone please give me the link to the latest possible GOF mod?
from what i read around there is:
gof 1.0+patch1.1+patch1.1.2 (from what i have read i believe gof 1.0+patch1.1 is stable and i do not know about 1.1.2).
gof 1.2 which from what i read has some issues.
gof 2.0+patch2.0.8 which is still on development.

You can use WinMerge to compare the shared files and ensure compatibility.

:doff thank you for the nice ribbon and your words. nice to be here too!

no dont put panql on top off the gof. if you put panql on top of gof you will break gof, and if you put gof on top of panql you will break panql. the only way would be if the overlapping files of the two mods were correctly merged as Pieter Boelen said. i could give it a try but gof2.0 is still on development so if i was going to made a new panql version for gof2.0 before it is finished it will be like making a hole in the water as i would have to track every gof2.0 patch released and adjust accordingly. perhaps in the future after the gof2.0 is finished i will make a panql version for that.

p.s. 99% of my computing time is offline, so sorry for the late responses.

Good afternoon . I put on the Russian version of the game . How to preserve the Russian language in the game. Thanks for the reply. Greetings from Russia.

I got a question.
How the relationships with other countries look after finishing one of the national quests?

No, if you choose working for England, you can get leter of marque of France but you can't work for General Governor of France.

I merged PANQL with GOF2! Finished first (Dutch) questline, started French. Works nice for now.
EDIT: getting crashes after I'm imprisoned by Dutch on second mission of French Questline. Hmmm...

I have no idea why my game is crashing after I'm imprisoned by governor of Holland and black screen with text that says "one day later" shows up... I tried using console to teleport myself out of prison and then after that screen the game doesnt crash, but I don't get any items back... so... I won't be able to fix this because I have no idea what's causing the problem, there are no bug reports in game's folder so... Idk
