I think we should cosmetically change some stock quests like the lost son (lucas) quest we should replace the stock spanish admiral with the JVM one, and i made slight change to the JVM spanish captain for a unique LUCAS character. <img src="http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l68/Thomas_the_Terror/ReplacementLucas.jpg" border="0" alt="IPB Image" />

The GM Viewer does not do a good job with lighting.
Characters often look very different in-game as opposed to inside the viewer.

It is a longer, slower process, but you might want to view your work in-game while working on them or at least before releasing them.

Hate to be the one that criticizes <i>again</i>, but I think that that huge masts look pretty silly to me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Well, it's not their length that annoys me, but their width...
 
the huge masts is not my work, it is a total reskin of some else his rigging and stuff (JVM), I thought it was a good navy ship for the USA. And i think every nation`s ship needs another deck and mast.

because i hate the way the stock decks look like.

These are my new ones they include:

3 royal sailors
a navy sailor with a big coat
a midshipman
a luitenant

I'm not sure if you guys have talked about this but.....

The weathered skins mod that Rafe Bligh and I did for PotC have a few ships that would work perfectly for this mod.

Brig4_44 is based on USS Niagara
Corvette4_44 & Corvett5_44 work well for light Frigates like USS Essex
Frigate4_44 works well for typical frigates of the time period
manowar3_44 is based on 18th century ships of the line

also inzane's HMS Surprise is a great model that would fit right in as well!
