Also, when will COAS be available in English and what do you have planned for mods?

Anyone got vids of COAS. It doesn't look like it has a better graphic engine than oh, say, AOP. We need even more refined 3-D graphics like the ones in the PS "screenshots". You know, make a mod including the proposed things from PS and put them into a "Superultra Total Conversion Mod".
 
There is no official information on the release date and right now we have nothing planned for mods. If it is a really good, we might consider trying to port the Build mod to CoAS and continue modding on that game. I am not aware of any videos, but we do have lots of screenshots. It uses an updated engine from AoP, so it does have better graphics and offers more options than PotC and AoP. As for Pirate Simulator: It does not exist. Or it does exist, but is far from being as good as the "screenshots" make it out to be. It has been confirmed that the screenshots were taken from various sources, including the cover of a pirate porn DVD. I am not kidding you! We do not take Pirate Simulator seriously in any shape, way or form.
 
Oh, I don't take it seriously either, I just HOPE it's real. But, that's me being a gamer hoping for the next gen graphics in PC. I check the "webblog" every day, but I have become inactive in any other PS discussion.

As of today, Googling 'Pirate Simulator' gets only five positive hits, two which are dead, the Wiki mentioned above, the Creative Sparks Weblog, and an archived post in a submarine simulators forum.

Still crossing my fingers that the game shows up at the E3, but if it doesn't, does anyone have a picture of CyberOps so's I can make a voodoo doll? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
 
We've known this was fake for a long time. If it was genuine, why use pictures of random stuff (including the cover of a pirate porn DVD) and claim they're ingame screenshots?

I still haven't seen that pic. and, btw, what was the movie if it is from a dvd cover. Not that i'm defending him or anything, i just want to know.

I'm only fifteen, so nothing to bad.
 
I didn't bother to save those pictures, but I've seen them. Trust me; it really is a fake. Which is unfortunate, because I wouldn't mind another good pirate game. But at least we'll be getting City of Abandoned Ships, which definitly DOES exist. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Is there any proof that it is the same THING?
Or is it just the same NAME, but a different person/group behind it altogether?

For example, while Corsairs Legacy - Pirate Action RPG on Steam DOES intend to follow in the footsteps of "Sea Dogs",
it is NOT made by the original Russian developers, but by a Ukranian studio instead.
Though they very much DO have contacts with some of the original developers.
And their company does span multiple countries; including also Russia:

Well, who knows? Maybe it WILL be true. If it does turn out to be, we'll be here to celebrate.
And as long as we don't know, we might as well just keep an eye while not worrying about it and focusing on what we KNOW to be real.
