Officers loyalty editing

The problem is that officers loyalty decreases slowly and in some point it is so low that hey leave. Iwould like to edit the game so that the officers loyalty wouldn't decrease overtime. I know the answer is in the scripts\officers but since I'm not a coder I have no idea which variables should I change. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Could someone please help me with this?
 
If you've installed the Supermod, it's a lot easier to get replacement officers because new ones are spawned in the taverns.

So I regard this as actually being realistic. Some officers just won't get on with you. Fine - the gangplank is over there. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whippa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":whipa" border="0" alt="whippa.gif" />

Go to the tavern and find someone more loyal. Then confiscate all the equipment from the troublemaker, sack him, and give his job to the new guy. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate_plain.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p3" border="0" alt="pirate_plain.gif" />
