Fixed Officers are erased when they shouldn't be

You haven't used that feature before? When you an the Tavern owner, an officer of the type you want will be walking around the Tavern.

Nope never. And I well ill try again ;D

Tried and no results...
Walk into tavern, speaks to the keeper, no one walks in, officers sitting are not the ones I need and low skilled.

Usually the officer is generated right beside you. Often you even see him/her "pop into appearance" while talking to the tavern owner.
Check that your main menu does actually indicate 9 July 2015 . If not, something went wrong on your end.

You do have the dialog options to choose a specific officer?

Solved: The game I was playing did not have the ZIP files so after extracting them into the folder I hoped game will be fixed but looks like New Game was the solution. Thx guys.
