Need Help Officer XP

Some years ago I was doing some modding to the vanilla version of AOP2 and saw how to modify how much XP Officers made as Passengers,while in assigned posts, and as companions and captaining ships in your fleet.
I have been searching the forums and can't find anything related to this posted anymore.
Could someone please tell me where in which Files/Folders I can find this?
