Need Help New horizons (build 14) not working

It is the first time that I publish here, I installed POTC 2003, correctly on my computer (windows 10), then I installed the latest version of New Horizons (build 14), the problem is that when starting a game, it loads and the game closes, without any error window can you help me? I really want to play again.

Can you find "error.log" in the game installation folder?

At first thought, that sounds like that awfully annoying "Intel Compatibility issue" again.
