National Paint Schemes: For and Against

I still don't like this idea. But then it's not my mod, so that's good. :cheeky
Hopefully nobody objects if we add this setting, but have it set to "national paint schemes" enabled by default? :wp
 
It'll be linked to the Arcade Game Mode switch in today's upload still.
 
I have now made this into a separate setting that defaults to OFF. Should be better than linking it to Arcade mode as I REALLY didn't like that.
