I think its possible to add new islands ports and nation. but its a really hard work to make these mods stable. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />o)

It's a lot of work to even finish them. Adding new islands is something that we have never been able to do ourselves. The new islands in PotC are made by Russian modders. Actually filling up the islands with interesting stuff is quite possible, just a lot of work. Actually adding a new nation should, in theory, be possible but so far we have never completly done it.
