i just picked up john or someone that you need to pick up in the beginning and then move to port of spain or something but whats the best way to do it? and how to sneak into a town with a bounty? or without a bounty.. in age of pirates 1 its was easy...

Friendly flag (English preferably) + English trade license should work, but it's also recommended to not have a bounty on your head (talk to a diplomat in any pirate settlement tavern, they are usually sitting at a table near the tavern owner).
