Ive found a problem

Thats right my POTC arrived today <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

thats the good news

I am using Build 13 final at the moment but when i goto the shipyard or the tavern to hire crew the ships image appears as error and it says crew 30/0.

All of them? Something must've gone wrong. I recommend you turn on <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?showtopic=9234" target="_blank">error logging</a> and see what you get.

PS. new issue.

I install build 13 final
then build 14 8

but all the textures show up white on the main ship on the new horizons.

did u run the RunMe.bat every time u installed build and updates ???

Just make sure you follow the instructions as posted and things like that shouldn't happen. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" />

Indeed, pay close attention to the instructions. If you do make a mistake in the installation process, all of the problems you have described are not only possible, but 100% certain to occur.
