Irritating Problem

As seen here:

Whenever I get a new quest, it seems to gray it out, as if I've completed it... anyone get this problem?

Perhaps it will be "solved" when you start a new game? If it occurs again, please tell me at what point in the game it happens.

It was right after I had activated the Stormy Start thing at the very beginning, if that helps.

It seems to be working fine now, though.
