I read the article and understood it like this.
You can use this graphic because "1.5.0" uses DirectX 9.
However, this graphic is not available because "1.5.1 ~" uses DirectX8.
Am I right?



Second,

I saw "USS Constitution" in the video. Is it on mode?



Please advise if I'm breaking the rules here.

I confess that I too often use the translator to write in English and not commit any blunder.

I don't know why you can't use the latest version of the game, it has many improvements by using a more current game engine.

Indeed, the USS Constitution is the last ship that appears in that video.

If I understand correctly, you should be able to use the ENB Graphics mods with the 1.7.3+ version of TEHO, as the latest update upgraded to DirectX 9 (again).

Not sure if that specific reshade config was ever shared anywhere though.

I think you can use it. Version 1.7.3 is using DirectX 9.
Though ENB also works on an older game in the series, Pirates of the Caribbean. That uses DirectX 8.

Same here. Don't remember seeing it for download anywhere.
The closest thing I know of is this:
