i can't enter Beckket office

when i sail with beckett to port royal i desidet to save and go to shipyard and change the Black Pearl to cursed when i changet and get on the ship screen was black then i load save again and i can enter to the beckett office

i dont changet pearl and i can enter the office in other save whene i enter in town hall there empty

Beckett isn't in the naval offices or the residence. The office is near the entrance to the port, one of the doors in the alleyway to the far right.
