Need Help How to manage dialogue and time?

Got an issue here. I'm trying to set a dialog that only engage at a certain time.

I want the NPChar to check if it's between 10pm and midnight so he engage a different dialog if not between those hrs, he will engage the normal dialog.

How can I do that so it work? I assume I will have to do a check for the time but don't know how to do it!
