Solved How to install

I got a few questions about this build
1. Is this the latest version (sorry if I sound like an idiot but I just want to make sure)
2. What do I need too download (link would be nice but not necessary)
3. Will I need a fresh install of the game?
4. Do you install the mod the same way as usual or does it need a new way to install?

Again I apologise if I sound rude or like an idiot I'm just a bit tired because it's late where I am
