Ye only zipped yer files mate,ye need te open the folder where ye copied yer zip files,ye will see an icon that says Build 12.1,click on that and it will install the files to yer POTC directory,then ye can edit yer changes in Build settings H file <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

You downloaded the 90MB full installation file, right? Just extract it on top of your PotC installation and run the RunMe.bat in the main PotC directory. The second part is only nescessary if you have a `non-US` PotC version, but it can't hurt to do it anyway. After that, you should be all set.
