Spacewezzal, if you want to edit all you're stats and get all the stuff you need, you'll have to change all of the game, and we haven't gotten that far yet.

Why don't you start by stating what one specific thing you would like to change the most ... and don't say everything!

Open build setting H file in your POTC directory,at the top you will seee this te make yer changes

You should edit the BuildSetting.h file in the PROGRAM folder, not the character.h file.
 
i dont see the buildsetting folder in the program folder where is it? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whippa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":whipa" border="0" alt="whippa.gif" />
 
it's a file, not a folder, and it's indeed in the program folder (of the potc installation with the build installed).
