Need Help How can i repair fort cannons?

i captured Vega from Spains. and now i cant repair fort cannons when i look the fort always 31/62 cannons.. how i can repair other cannons??

This is on the Age of Pirates forum. Storylines only apply in PotC.

As far as I know, they should repair automatically regardless if you are playing Caribbean Tales or CoAS.

i understood after.. when i look at the fort i see always 31/62 cannons... after a siege i saw it. it looks 31/62 but if someone enemy attack to castle after it looks 62/62..
i mean cannons fixed.. thanks anyway
