I realized that I have to speak to an English governor and tell him I don't want to work for England anymore, but thanks anyways :onya
 
I have one more question about this. In this storyline pirate cities are only Pirate Settlement and Smugglers lair. I want to be a pirate so i go to PS and talk to the governor and he says ok but nothing happens. In SL I speak to the governor and he asks if skull sent me and then I say yes and go away. I don't understand. I want to be a pirate. How?
 
I am not sure - but I don't think Pirates have a nation like France, England etc.

If you want to be a Pirate - just fly a Pirate Flag selected in F2 - Relations & attack other countries ships - you should see your relations with the Pirates improve ( of course your relations with other countries will get much worse) .

Doesn't the Turks governor allow you to actually join the pirate nation these days? The Nevis Pirate Settlement also has dialog for that, but you need to be famous enough for that.
