Guys - I'd like to build that house you were talking about before(... when I was using Buildv12.1).

I'm now using Buildv13, so I'm ready ... just need to "how to".

If it matters, I'm aligned with Holland(... letter of Marque).
So, do I talk to someone on Douwesen ?
Does it involve marrying the Gov's daughter; aquiring land and rank etc...

The only way to build anything is to use the BuildingSet mod. You need Build 13 Update 2 for that and you can build stuff by talking to your officers.

coudl you explain me what is the small isle with the sign arc, under the gold of our characters (and why this gold don't change ?)

It's the amount of land you own. You can get land by getting a Letter of Marque from a governor.

having the land gives you the money. you get some every day, and it gets added to your private money. having land and marrying also gives you a bigger notiority, which allows you to join the pirates when it is high enough. i think it also makes the chance bigger that enemies flee.
