jamaica port royal, left hand side of the town as you go towards the governors mansion there is a path off behind the houses and such to the left he is down that little alleyway.

Morgan never shows up in his house after getting out of Jail, Arthure vine always says, he is at the residence but nothing? A nother bug? I think to stuck in this quest prevents me from doing a national quest, altough I am "hero" and got a LOM, damn it!

I think you have to go to another house, there is a seceret tunnel that you go down to gain access to the house. I can't remember where it was now i think it was behind the shops on the right as you walk from the docks.

One question:
Morgan has a residence also in Havana (Cuba), but i not discovered its function.
Also with PG Spanish, or Dutch, i not have seen its use. :?
