That computer should run POTC fine except for the %#$&*(&&^% Intel graphics.

That processor only runs on Intel motherboards which may or may not have a PCI-E slot on them. Does yours have a PCI-E slot? If so, I would strongly recommend that you buy a real actual video card.

Hmm. That little bit of information hints at a heat buildup problem, or possibly a component going bad.
Open up your computer and clean out all of the fans and coolers. It is possible it is clogged with dirt. Mine gets dirty and starts to run hot 2-3 times a year.
