Help me find hideout

I've been looking forever for stupid Montalban's hideout. A screenshot of the map is below:

On the game map, Bay of Honduras area.

That is Villahermosa east to the major water, then south to major land again, then west to major land again! then you should be right at the North West corner of your map. Do this search from your large map to find where to sail to.
