Help installing Build 14 Alpha 6

it just says that it can't find the files i have installed it before and it worked fine? any ideas would be welcome

There is a reason for punctuation marks and grammar ... rumor says, it has to do with readability <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blah:" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
