Need Help Headhunters/Bounty Hunters

I completed the Dutch Gambit quest, with a small rank of around 6, and now im up to 23, with a Heavy Galleon, and mostly pirate hunt, small gov and church quests of finding the pirate near puerto bello, or getting the papers from a certain ship, and also taking on small spanish convoys to up my rank and skills, now i have headhunters/bounty hunters after me, in CoAS we could go to Bermuda and pay off the diplomat, where can we go now to get rid of the hunters? any help?

Fadey in Guadeloupe is the diplomat for problems with english and french authorities.

Abbot Benoit in the church of Martinique is the diplomat for problems with spanish and dutch authorities.
