I read the first part of the Arabella texture problems.
The ship textures location is noted in the ship files, just like what I did for longboats and other models.
I fixed a lot of these errors in my own personal installation when I discovered or upgraded them.
Check the program directory, as without looking I do not remember which ship text file specifies the textures and locations.
Since the Arabella was an original CoAS ship that was included in the base game, it is possible it was located in the root directory most likely.
Other modified "Arabellas" were used as added ships in GOF under the ships sub directory.
Using GM Viewer will by accident "redirect" to another identically named graphic overlay file if you are not careful.
The conversation "breaks" I have no idea what exactly went wrong, because the discussion is only partly described.
