How i can change the size of the window game, for make other things in PC, and watch my ship sailing at the same time?

You simply extract the latest "post_25May_updates" ZIP file in the folder you installed the game.
At the time of writing this the latest ZIP file is "post_25May_updates_161020.zip".

I don't think that you can do this unfortunately.

Try editing "engine.ini", which you'll find in the top level of the game installation folder. Find these lines near the top:

full_screen = 1           ; 1 = Fullscreen mode, 0 - Windowed mode
screen_x = 1024
screen_y = 768

See what happens it you change "full_screen" to 0 and set "screen_x" and "screen_y" to your preferred resolution.

Ah, by freely I thought @Alexandros meant how you resize a browser window for example.

The PotC engine pauses when it is not the active screen; so that wouldn't work.

I wonder if AoP/CoAS do continue running in the background.
If not, perhaps that's a feature @ChezJfrey might be interested to add.
