I just tried that save with the latest update and got no crash.

Any how mine is crashing. Maybe for the changes I had made in Buildsetting & Internalsettings. Uploading them all.

Nothing change with new updated installer. Game is crashing at the same point. I tried today with new installer. I am attaching save game file.

I just tried your save both with and without the Intel Fix installed.
Loads just fine and I get into Speightstown port both times.

Two experiments you could do:
- Try another storyline, for example the Assassin one
- Try an earlier WIP version (make a clean install, of course): Mod Release - Build 14 Beta 3.5 Internal WIP For Testing | PiratesAhoy!

I now tried it as well with your versions of those files in my game; made sure to remove the "options" file too.
Still cannot replicate your problem.

Just so you know: editing BuildSettings.h is quite pointless; those settings are all controlled by the ingame Options>Game Preferences menu.
