it's a spoof on dungeons and dragons, actually. it's a comic about what you would get if you'd make a game of D&D based on the movies, using only screen captions for the frames. for example, when they met Eomer and he told them of the situation:
legolas: dude. sucks to be you.
narrator: roleplay man, roleplay!
legolas: uh... thou fate sucketh?
narrator: that's even worse...

And I actually pretty much agree with the idea that religion isn't all it's made out to be.

totally agree. puzzle pirates has that problem. more problematic is that throwing the annoyance overboard doesn't do anything to them either.

Segregation, at least to my grandparents at my age, meant sitting in the pews reserved for owners of Clydesdales, Percherons, or Belgians.
