Not a Bug Floating Ship Wreck in Tortuga Port

Can someone check Tortuga Port for me and confirm if there is or is not a ship wreck floating above the water?
There isn't supposed to be, but I did see that for some reason yesterday.

Testing some more, I have been unable to confirm this on a new game. Just on @ANSEL's savegame.

Players, please check your own games too! I'd like to make sure this crazy thing isn't rearing its ugly head for you guys....

just sailed to Tortuga port, and did not sea any shiprweck, floating above water or not.
That was in Brave Black Flag storyline.

Thanks for checking! I am thinking this is "Not a Bug" and me seeing it was just a random fluke.
