I used your tutorial. The actual EITC thing, I found on Keep to the Code. A forum totally about POTC. So I took the image (they made it for others to use). You can find seperate pirate-flag-pieces there too.

in the game (<u>2:</u> of my signature) there is a very good flag (the old personal) and i really love this one (i like the eitc flag and pirate flag too), can you add the old flag for build 14 ? (idea of name: flag of liberty <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> ) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/keith.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="keith.gif" />

but if you add not and prefer the new, can you add the sail that i post in screen (from the game <u>2:</u> of signature) this sail is very important for me and its a very beautifull one <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

As for the flag: Unfortunately right now we can only have one personal flag in the whole game. Attempts are underway to see if something can be done about this, but it is 100% unsure what can actually be done.

There's no point in adding flags if they can't be used. Right now we can only use one flag for each nation, personal nation being one of them. There is no EITC nation and it wouldn't really make any sense having one either. Perhaps in the future we'll be able to use multiple flags for different purposes, but that remains to be seen. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

Perhaps we dont need an EITC nation persay but it would be fun if there was enough of one to have them roaming the WDM so we have a unfriendly non nation to beat up on. Sort of like pirates but without any land bases. An outfit like the EITC is sure to have plenty of valuable cargo in need of liberation. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" />

making them allies with the english would partially solve it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> however, they where often considered an empire themselves.
