Just a general FYI. As of somewhere around two days ago, I rewrote the way FaceIDs are stored. Now, they're stored with the model (so you only have to edit one place to add a model, initmodels.c), and can be relative (i.e. model.faceid = "Some_other_model"; useful for the armored models that needn't have different FIDs from their base model, or for new models that need temporary FIDs).
The new form is, after model.id = "name_of_model";
model.faceID = SomeNumber; // or "other_model_id";

EDIT: Also, I changed models[] to use IDs rather than the model.model attribute to search by (to allow us to use native calls for GetModelIndex() ). However, this means that in the new form of the model define, the first line is model.<b>id</b> = "model filename";
(not model.model!)
 
So we continue to make Face_#.tga.tx but just point to them in the initmodels.c?

I hyjacked #195-199 for some additional A&M Mod models and Aubrey in the modpack. I might be needing some more numbers if I'm going to make additional interface portraits for the A&M characters that are still lacking them. ANyone knows what numbers I might use for those?
 
Used #250-265 for the missing character portraits. Now every character should have an own portrait, even though my own portrait-additions aren't exactly high quality.

Not sure this model will make it into a Build, but I just assigned the DMC Norrington model, that Fabris, Jones and I have been working on, number 323.
