External ship camera modification

Hello again, is it possible to adjust the distance the camera follows the ship during sailing so I'm not looking at constant rigging for example?

The camera that can zoom in and out using the right/left mouse clicks when sailing.

I thought it was always maximum zoomed out already?

There might be a way to control it, but I can't look it up right now...

Yes, by default it's positioned at the maximum distance away from the ship. But I want to adjust the maximum distance it can be zoomed out passed default.

There are probably 1-2 files with "camera" in their name somewhere in the PROGRAM folder.
If there is somewhere to edit it, it'll be somewhere in there.
SEA_AI folder would be your best bet...

Yeah; I had already tried AICamera class file, modifying a few variables in that does pretty much nothing. A bit confusing but maybe someone else will figure that out.
