Solved Engine crash and something amiss

Beta 2.1 doesn't have the correct Intel Fix yet; if you get that error message AFTER starting a new game, it is only to be expected.
 
You ran RunMe.bat after Beta 2.1 and now you DO get into the main menu. Right?
If so, continue with Beta 2.5. :yes
 
nope i still get runtime error message. this is what i did. I ran 2.1 but didnt do run mebat. then i did 2.5 and runmebat then the intel fix for 2.5 then the runmebat for2.1

The .log files in your main game folder are what interest me.

Also, what folder are you installing the game to?
 
still the first one and i installed outside so the computer doesnt do stupid stuff to it. also where r .log files under
 
i dont see anything like that and i found this:COMPILE ERROR - file: no debug information; line: 1
file not found: seadogs.c
 
I think it's best you reinstall the whole thing mate.
1. Stock PotC
2. Beta 2.1(and run "runme.bat")
3. Beta 2.5(and run "runme.bat")

If you don't want, provide the compile.log and error.log files so they can check on it.
