Maybe, for some users it will be interesting and useful.
As you remember, my dear reader, I am not cool enough in English speech. So It will be a short description: ENBseries is very useful programm for games like The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim... but graphics of this game is too much better, than we have in PotC or AoP. So I have found an other way... The first ENB for GTA Vice City used a similar directX 8, as use PoTC and AoP.

I just found, adapted and configured this. After GTA image was very bright, now it is very (dark It's my fault)

Installation: Skip it to game's folder. To apply the mod put Shift+F12
For correcting settings of the mod look at the mod's folder and use files readme_en.txt for taking information of functions, then use enbseries.ini for correcting.
I have wrote a lot of useless points for finding active, so you may delete all you want to delete.
