Increasing ship HP does work. Have you never noticed how small ships are sunk much easier than big ones? That's because they have relatively low ship HP. Increasing SAIL HP doesn't work though.

It's included in Alpha 7 Plus, but you can also find the ship in the <a href="http://www.pafiles.com/potc/FilmShips.zip" target="_blank">FilmShips mod</a> (should be compatible with Alpha 6).

What game version are you using? Will's Dutchman is already in the <a href="http://www.pafiles.com/potc/FilmShips.zip" target="_blank">FilmShips</a> mod and in Alpha 7 Plus under the name "FlyingDutchman". Davy's version is called "CursedDutchman". The only difference is the colour of the ship and the sail textures. The texture is not really modified for the real film version of Will's Dutchman yet, so there's no golden lions around the gun ports or anything. That is still left up for improvement.

I actually do prefer razors pearl, not all that must is different really. However, the sails and rigging look better and it has a black deck and i think the pearl should have both a black deck and masts so that it is actually the BLACK pearl.
